WFDSS Users Running Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10

At this time WFDSS is investigating some reported issues when users are running IE 8, 9 and 10. These include drop-down lists not rendering correctly or are empty, and some map tools prevent users from creating temporary shapes to save as planning areas. Users have also reported difficulties viewing completed analyses.

These problems can often be resolved by enabling compatibility view if it is available. Compatibility view is available in your browser settings if IE detects issues on a webpage that compatibility view may help with. The compatibility view button or tool appears as a broken sheet of paper, and may be located beside the refresh button. If you are experiencing WFDSS performance issues and compatibility view is available, enable it to improve performance. Compatibility view is not be available if your browser does not detect an issue.

See http://techathlon.com/internet-explorer-10-run-compatibility-mode/ for further information about running IE10 in compatibility mode.
