To grant analysis privileges:

  1. Navigate to the analysis by doing one of the following:
    • Choose Incidents tab > select the incident > click View Analyses > select the analysis.
    • Choose Analyses tab > select the analysis.
    • From within the incident, choose Incident Analyses from the left menu > select the analysis.
    • From the Situation Map, choose Menu tab > Incident Analyses > select the analysis.
  2. Note: Use the temporary filters or create permanent filters to help you more easily find the analysis you are looking for.
  3. Click View Information, and the Analysis Parameters page appears.
  4. From the left menu, choose Analysis Privileges. The Analysis Privileges page appears.
  5. Search for and select the users you want to enable as Viewers or Editors.
    • Viewers can see the analysis parameters and progress, but cannot make changes.
    • Editors can make changes to the analysis parameters and should understand fire behavior modeling.

      Note: Limit the number of people allowed to edit an analysis to the minimum you need to get the job done.

  6. Click Save after each selection.
  7. When you have finished granting analysis privileges, filter the list by Enabled Users to verify that all your selections were saved correctly.

The people you selected will be able to view or edit the analysis as you work.
