To get your account unlocked:

1. Contact your Administrator or the HelpDesk (+1 866.224.7677, +1 616.323.1667, or https://iiahelpdesk.nwcg.gov/).
2. Explain you need your account unlocked. Your Administrator or the HelpDesk will verify that your Security Training is current and that you are authorized to use the WFDSS system.
3. Follow the directions provided by the Administrator or HelpDesk.
4. In WFDSS, reset your password.
