Answering the Security Question

When you request a password reset, you are asked to enter the answer to the security question you set up when you first logged into WFDSS.

Your answer must exactly match what you entered when you created the security question.

To answer the security question:

The Answer Security Question page appears.

  1. Read the question.
  2. Type your answer into the text box. You answer must exactly match the response you used when setting up your security question.
  3. Click Save.

    If you answered correctly, the WFDSS application opens.

If you answered incorrectly, a message appears saying that your answer is incorrect. You can try again or contact the HelpDesk.
