Answering the Security Question

When you request a password reset, you are asked to enter the answer to the security question you responded to when you first logged into WFDSS.

Your answer must exactly match what you entered when you selected the security question.

To answer the security question:

The Answer Security Question page appears.

1. Select a security question from the drop-down list.
2. Enter the response to the question.
3. Re-enter the response to the question.
4. Click Save. A message appears confirming that your security question/answer is set.

   When you answer correctly, the WFDSS application opens.
