Setting or Resetting Your Password

Your WFDSS user name and password allows you to access the WFDSS application. Users must change their passwords every 60 days.

WFDSS users need to set/reset their passwords when they:

To set or reset your password:

  1. Complete the Request User Account form or the Requesting a Password Rest page. You will receive a system-generated email that contains an access key link.
  2. Click the access key in the email.
  3. Type your new password.
  4. Answer your currently security question, or enter responses to new security questions.
  5. Click NEW or CONFIRM.
