To view a Report Template report:

1. Select an Incident from the Incident List.
2. Click View Information.
3. Click the Reports tab. The Report List page appears.
4. From the Template List, select a Report Template name.
5. Click View Report. The information in the selected template displays on the screen.
6. Click the Reports tab to return to the Report List.
