Near Term Fire Behavior Results Downloads

Near Term Fire Behavior outputs are available for download to view in other programs such as ArcMap and Google Earth. Files labeled as degrees, meters, or ASCII grids can be opened in ArcMap. Grayed-out downloads indicate the item was not used in the analysis and is therefore not available. KMZ Downloads can be opened in Google Earth. Available downloads include:

• Arrival Time (degrees)
• Arrival Time (meters)
• Burn Periods (degrees)
• Burn Periods (meters)
• Ignition (degrees)
• Ignition (meters)
• Barrier (degrees)
• Barrier (meters)
• Arrival Time ASCII Grid
• KMZ (color for each 3 hr interval)
• KMZ (one color per burn period)
• Analysis Input

To download fire behavior results:

1. From the Analysis List, select the analysis for which you want to view the results.
2. Click View Results. The Analysis map page appears.
3. From the left pane, choose the Results tab. The analysis results details appear in the pane.
4. The lower portion of the Results tab pane displays the Downloads that are available and vary by fire behavior model.
5. Select the radio button for the appropriate download and click Download.
6. Choose either to Save or Open the downloaded file.
7. For additional downloads, go back to Step 5.
