To create a pending decision from the Decisions tab:

Note: This option will only work if you have not already selected to create a decision from the Objectives or Course of Action tab.

1. From the Incident List, select the incident you would like to create a decision for, and then click View Information.
2. Click the Decisions tab.
3. Click Create.
4. A list of requirements (each linked for further information) that must be met before publishing displays at the top of the page, and the Decision List displays below it. Your pending decision and its sections are available in the list for viewing or editing.
