Do-It Yourself Password Reset

If you forget your password (click Forgot your password? on the login page), the Reset User Password page appears. Complete the information and submit the request. You receive a system-generated email that contains an access keylink. Clicking the access key link in the system-generated email opens the Set Your Password screen where you type your new password and respond correctly to your security question.

Note: The do-it yourself password reset feature does not work when you are locked out of your account (your account becomes locked if it has been more than 60 days since your last password reset). Contact the Help Desk or call 866-224-7677 /1 616-323-1667 to reset a locked account.
