To create a new incident group filter

  1. From the My Home page, click the Incident Groups tab. The Incident Groups List page appears.
  2. Select Manage Filters. The Incident Group List Filters page appears.
  3. Click Create New Filter.
  4. Enter the filter name, date, Incident Group Owners, and Incident Names.
  5. Click Save Filter.
  6. Click Return to the see the created filter listed on the Incident Group List Filters page.
