Creating a Group Filter
You can create and save Incident Groups filters as well as create temporary Incident Groups filters. Each filter you create is added to your Incident Groups Filter List. Use Incident Groups filters to find groups that you own or other public groups. When you no longer need a filter, you can clear them.
You can create a filter for, or filter on, one or more of the following parameters:
- Group Name
- Owner
- State
- Group Type
To create a new Incident Groups filter:
- From the page, click the tab. The Incident Groups List page appears.
- Select . The Incident Group List Filters page appears.
- Click Create New Filter.
- Enter the filter name, date, Incident Group Owners, and Incident Names.
- Click Save Filter.
- Click Return to the see the created filter listed on the Incident Group List Filters page.

To edit an Incident Groups filter:
- From the page, click the tab. The Incident Groups List page appears.
- Select . The Incident Group List Filters page appears.
- Select the filter name.
- Click the Edit filter hyperlink.
- Enter the modified filter information.
- Click Save Filter, Apply Filter Temporarily, or Clear the Filters as appropriate .
- Click Return to the see the modified filter listed on the Incident Group List Filters page

To view an Incident Groups filter:
- From the page, click the tab. The Incident Groups List page appears.
- Type the Name, Owner Name and/or State for the Group you are trying to find.
- Click Find Groups. The Incident Groups List re-populates with all the groups that meet your criteria. You can also click Clear to clear the filtering fields.
