Finalizing the Organization Assessment

Agency Administrators use this page to review the results of the Organization Assessment and choose an organization for an incident.

The top of the page displays a table summarizing inputs as well as a bar chart that informs complexity type selection. Agency Administrators select an organization type based on the results of the assessment. An Organization Notes text box lets Agency Administrators describe the rationale for their organization type selection.

To finalize the Organization Assessment:

  1. Review the Organization Assessment Results and associated bar chart.
  2. Choose an incident complexity type, and click a radio button beside the Organization type you've chosen.
  3. Enter your rationale for your choice in the Organization Notes text box.
  4. Click Publish to complete the organization assessment process and navigate elsewhere in the application. You can also click Back to return to the previous page to modify inputs, or Return to the return to the place in the application you were previous to accessing the OA.
