Deleting an Intelligence Filter
You can delete a permanent intelligence filter, whether it is a default or one that you've created, by selecting Manage Filters. You delete a temporary filter when:
- You create a new incident filter.
- Select an existing filter from the Filters drop-down list.
- Log out of WFDSS.
- You use the Incident Name quick search tool, located above the incident list.
To delete a permanent intelligence filter:
- From the tab > tab, click Edit Filter. The Edit Filter page appears.
- Select the filter you want to delete.
- Click Delete. A message appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the filter.
- Click OK. The filter is removed from the list.
- Click Return. The Incident List page appears.
