Changing Your Security Question

Your security question helps to validate your identity in case the Helpdesk or an Administrator needs to adjust your profile. This question should be something that only you know the answer to, but can easily remember.

To change your security question:

1. Login to the appropriate WFDSS application.
2. Choose My Home > Security Question. The Change Your Security Question and Answer page appears.
3. Enter the answer to your previous security question.
4. Select a new security question from the options in the drop-down list.
5. Enter your response.
6. Re-enter your response.
7. Click Save. A message appears confirming that your security question/answer has been changed.
