Re-enabling A Disabled Profile

When your profile becomes disabled you can re-enable it when you have an approved email domain (bia.gov, blm.gov, fws.gov, nps.gov, or usda.gov.) This option is available only for profiles that are Disabled because you have not logged into WFDSS for at least 330 days. It is not available when the profile was manually Disabled by a Geographic Area Editor (GAE)or system administrator.

Users with non-approved email domains should contact their GAE to have roles restored to their profile. The IIA Helpdesk can provide contact information for the appropriate GAE.

To re-enable a disabled profile:

  1. Log into WFDSS using e-Authenticate.
  2. If prompted, accept the Rules of Behavior.

When your profile is re-enabled, your roles return to those you had before your account was disabled.
