Justifying a New User Profile

When requesting an additional user profile, you must justify your request. Justification is necessary to provide the WFDSS Administrators with background information about why you need an additional account. The information allows them to determine whether the requested User Roles are appropriate. Provide the following information in your justification:

• Job title and function on the home unit or Incident Management Team
• Qualifications to perform the tasks enabled by the user role
• Who you are, what you do and why you need the User Roles

To justify a new user profile:

When requesting an additional account as an existing user (WFDSS Login page > Request New Account > Submit Request > Existing User page > Submit Request) , the Request User Account Justification page appears.

1. Enter your justification. Be sure to include details about who you are and why you need an additional user profile.
2. Click Submit Request. A message appears saying that your request has been submitted.

You will receive an email from the WFDSS Administrator when your request has been processed.
