Downloading Published Decisions and Reports

Any WFDSS user can download published decisions and reports in either HTML or PDF files formats by clicking the appropriate button from the Decision or Reports Tab within an incident. The process for downloading a published decision in HTML or PDF format is the same. Once downloaded, published decisions and reports can be saved and printed.

To download a published decision or report as an HTML or PDF file

1. Navigate to your incident.
2. Click View Information.
3. Click the Decisions or Reports tab.
4. Click the radio button next to the Published Decision or Report that you want to download for saving or printing.
5. Click either PDF or HTML. The File Download box appears.
   • If selected PDF, open the PDF for viewing and/or printing, or save it to your hard drive.
   • If you selected an HTML file, save the zipped file and then extract its contents to your hard drive.
