Fixed a bug that prevented perimeters from being deleted from a lower environment (QA).

Fixed an issue where the Incident Content Library, Advanced Editor, and Report features do not work when an incident had an apostrophe in the name.
The Incident List Excel download now allows for negative Longitude values thereby allowing for import into ArcMap.
Fixed an issue where viewing an incident on the Intelligence map and then creating a new incident could result in information (contain/controlled date, fire code, cause, and so forth) being copied from the previously viewed incident into the new incident.
The Fire Weather Zone Forecast is now functional for Puerto Rico.

Fixed an issue when a Complex from IRWIN contained an incident(s) WFDSS did not have the IRWIN connection was interrupted. WFDSS now creates an IRWIN issue when this occurs, and the IRWIN connection is not interrupted.

Added the ability to allow for future inclusion of LANDFIRE data in Puerto Rico.

Images of Fire Behavior Results for STFB, NTFB, and FSPro will now be automatically generated when the run is accepted as complete, rather than when a decision is sent for Approval or the Report is viewed. This will eliminate an issue that sometimes caused a decision to publish without an analysis image.
Fixed a bug causing the most recent Owner’s comment to not display in the email generated to the Approvers.
Fixed an issue where the Image Containing All M.A.P.s does not correctly generate when a Planning Area has not first been drawn. The Image Containing All M.A.P.s now correctly generates regardless of the order in which the Planning Area is saved.
WFDSS displays a Warning message to users and emails incident Owners when a decision is sent for Approval and one or more of the Approvers is disabled. User Messages and Owner emails are triggered each time an enabled user Approves the decisions and there are disabled users on the Approver list. WFDSS will display a Failure message and not send a decision for Approval if the only approver(s) are disabled.

Fixed a bug preventing the Helpdesk role from sending the password reset link to users with the @ symbol in their login ID and for new users to receive the correct email correspondence if their login ID has the @ symbol.
The Support tab now displays the space available on the E drive in addition to the C drive.
Removed unnecessary GIS services from the brokers to improve system performance.
Fixed an issue where a gateway timeout occurred when downloading the Excel spreadsheet on the User Security List.
Updated the Support team emails that notify when a Geographic Area and National Preparedness Level changes to specify which area has changed by name.

The unit update utility now modifies both the Geographic Area and the Active status for Unit IDs. Changes to Geographic Areas and Active status are reflected in the nightly notification email.

The Preparedness Level is now pulled directly from the SIT-209 database rather than a service.
Fixed a bug causing a temporary database connection failure when the properties are refreshed.
Fixed an issue where recently re-enabled accounts may become disabled when a user's account profile is edited during the same session in which an Admin changes the user’s roles.
Fixed a bug that may cause the Group Email feature to fail to send emails when one of the users in the distribution list has an invalid email address. The system now skips the invalid email and reports it in the log file, while sending the Group Email to the rest of the recipients.
Modified the WFDSS connection to the Weather Information Management System (WIMS) to point to the new hosted location at EROS.
Fixed a bug where edits made by a user to their contact information were not saved when an Administrator adjusted that user's profile while the users session was still valid.
Adjusted the Administration Notification list so that it describes which user subscriptions are included in the notifications.
