Data Management
- Fixed an issue on the Management Requirement Shapes and Other Unit Shapes Lists (Data Management tab) so the Save button displays when one item exists in the list. Modifications made to hover text and messages.
- Fixed an issue with Other Unit Shapes on the Data Management tab to prevent users drawing, uploading, or renaming Other Unit Shapes with the same name and alphabetic case.
Shapes
- Improved messaging for multiple shape file .zip uploads to report the success/failure status of each .shp file. Users can check the status of shape uploads on the My Home, My Activities page.
- Improved what is recorded on the Support tab for shapes that fail to load and messaging providing further guidance.
- Support Users can download user loaded Incident shapes, Unit Management Requirement shapes, and Other shapes from the Support Tab regardless of upload success or failure.
- Users now receive a Warning message when uploading a shape that has the same label as an existing incident shape of the same shape type.
- Added the uploaded shape type to user-displayed messages and to the service transaction table.
Incidents
- Updated the message displayed on the Incident Information Screen when an incident record no longer exists in IRWIN. When a user modifies a record, an email is sent to the users subscribed to IRWIN Notifications and the IRWIN Issue List that the 'Record No Longer Exists in IRWIN."
- Fixed an issue causing Incident Objectives from one incident to appear in another incident when users navigate between incidents.
- Fixed an issue where Drawing and Creating an Incident Objective Shape after first uploading an Analysis Mask shape was producing an integrity constraint violation error.
- Fixed Planning Area Notification Emails and Incident History to list Incident Owners by first and last name.
- Fixed an issue where Values Generation occasionally failed because of a file lock.
- Fixed an issue with labels and hover text on the Incident Groups Filter.
- Improved user messaging and records added to the Service Transaction Table when the Planning Area Values failed due to a Planning Area modification prior to the Values generation completing.
IRWIN
- Updated the WFDSS Utility that gets IRWIN updates so that WFDSS fields retrieve property driven information to reduce network data failures.
- In preparation for IRWIN v7, the minimum allowable value for Incident Size field was reduced from .1 to .01acres and if now configurable by a property file.
- Fixed an issue where Hawaiian Incident Dates were sometimes incorrectly set after the data is exchanged with IRWIN.
- Incident Size now must be modified when it is blank, not within the accepted range, or the decimal precision is not valid. Users can enter two decimals of precision for all incident sizes, as long as the value entered is within the acceptable range of values.
- Fixed user interface values for Incident Cause to be dynamic based on a property file.
Data Layers
- Updated the Fires Since 1/1 Layer to reflect 2021.
- Updated the Legends and Labels in the Map Captures to match those displayed in the application.
- Removed the extraneous 'Fuel Treatments' from the list of available map layers on the map layers preference pages.
- Fixed Production and Training layers to synchronize the date and owners.
- Added the Estimated Population Data (LANDSCAN) for Puerto Rico so map displays and Values Inventory.
Decisions
- When sending a decision for review if the Vicinity Map or the M.A.P. map is not created, the Support team and Owners/Approvers get a Warning email alerting them to the missing image. Approvers can approve the decision with the missing images or return the decision to include missing images.
- Fixed an issue where the Benefits Slider was included in the copy of a decision that was not included in the previously published decision.
- Fixed an issue where empty Benefits and Modeling decision sections were not removed from the published Decision and PDF.
System Support
- The URL for the IIA Helpdesk has been updated to https://iiahelpdesk.nwcg.gov/ in the application, website, and help.
- Added a new support team email notification that attempts to report when a core dump occurs on the analysis service brokers. The notification provides instructions for managing hung analyzes as a result of a core dump.
System Utilities
- Fixed an issue and improved the utility that checks on the system's health to correctly report warnings and errors and to include analysis processing for long periods of time and transactions not moving as expected. Added the ability for support users to subscribe to the warnings and errors email generated by the System Health via the Notifications under the Administration tab. Added ability for the utility to run in Training.
- In Training, the expiration date on Service Transactions is now greater than 24 days.
Analysis
- Fixed an issue in the FSPro Values at Risk where the Category for a Management Requirement value displayed UNIT_ID instead of the correct unit abbreviation.
- Fixed an issue where a second set of identical FSPro Analysis Values were being regenerated. Also, fixed an incorrect system message that indicated to users that FSPro Analysis Values with canceled results would not generate Spatial Inventory values.
- Fixed an issue where corrupted landscape files caused striping and disorganization to impact future analysis. Each analysis now has a unique projection file within the landscape file; corrupted LCP will no longer impact subsequent analysis.
Administration
- Fixed an issue where the User List displayed a user’s Requested Roles instead of the Current Roles until the user role syncing utility runs.
