Decision Content Tree
The Decision Content Tree is located at the upper left of the Decision Editor. (For instructions on accessing the Decision Editor page, see Editing a Decision.) It contains all information associated with the decision document.
At a minimum, it contains:
- Incident Information: Incident information and an incident map (must have drawn a planning area for the incident map to display).
- Weather: Fire Weather Zone Forecast for the zone that contains the point of origin.
- Modeling: Images of completed analyses that were manually added to the decision in either the Default Decision Editor or Advanced Decision Editor. If no analysis information has been added, this section will be empty.
- Risk: Relative Risk Assessment, Organization Needs, and two Values Inventory Reports that contain planning area and point of origin values information.
- Benefits: Image of benefits slider bar and comments saved from the Decision Editor or text/images added to decision content using the Advanced Decision Editor.
- Objectives: All included Incident Objectives, Incident Requirements, Strategic Objectives, and Management Requirements
- Courses of Action: All Action item and Management Action Points that have been included
- Cost: The Estimated final cost, Cost Estimation Method used, and SCI runs
- Rationale: Content added by the owners to document/support the decision (see Rationale)
