Unlocking a User's Profile
Accounts become locked for the following reasons:
- The user has not accessed WFDSS within the past 60 days.
- The user entered an incorrect password more than 5 times.
- You have not changed your password within the past 60 days.
- The user is not an authorized WFDSS user.
If your account is locked, contact the Help Desk. Only Administrators and Help Desk can unlock any user account.
Caution for Administrators and Help Desk: Before unlocking a user's account, be sure that they are an authorized WFDSS user, particularly if they are a non-federal employee.
