Viewing Information/History about a Report Template

Incident Owners, Data Managers, GA Editors, and National Editors can review information and history for report templates that are visible. Incident Owners who mark their personal are the only ones that can view information these templates. These Report Templates do not appear in the Template List.

To view information/history about a Report Template:

1. Select an Incident from the Incident List.
2. Click View Information.
3. Click the Reports tab. The Report List page appears.
4. Select a template from the displayed Template List or use the filter to find what you are looking for.
5. Click View History/Information. The Template Information and Template History appears. Review the information and history.
6. Click Return to return to the Template List.
