Viewing Information/History about a Report and Changing a Report's Name

You can view information about who created a report, and timeline information specific to report creation, draft development and report publishing. On this page, you can also edit the name of the report. Report names can be modified until a report is published. At that time, report content is locked and becomes permanent.

To edit a Report Name:

  1. From the Incident list, select the incident > click View Information. The Edit Information page appears.
  2. Select the Reports tab. The Reports List page appears.
  3. Click the appropriate report name.
  4. Click View Information/History. The Report Information page appears.
  5. Edit the report name.
  6. Click Save to save the report with the new name.
