Viewing Reports

All WFDSS users can view reports that have been published for incidents, as well as download published reports as .PDF or .HTML files. Only WFDSS users assigned Incident Owner or Editor privileges for a particular incident can view report content that is pending and not yet published. Users with Incident Owner and Editor privileges can also edit and publish reports. They can also create .PDF drafts for downloading, printing, and sharing.

To view published reports:

  1. From the Incident list, select the incident > click View Information. The Edit Information page appears.
  2. Select the Reports tab. The Reports List page appears.
  3. Click the appropriate report name.
  4. Click View Report. The Custom Report page appears.
  5. Review the information contained in the report.
  6. Click the Reports tab to return to the Reports List.
