Deleting FMU or SO Codes

You can only delete FMU Codes that have never been activated. Once an FMU Code is activated, it stays in the system as historical data, even after it's been deactivated.

To delete an FMU code:

  1. Choose Data Management > FMU/SO Codes. The FMU/SO Codes page appears.
  2. Select the Geographic Area, Agency, and Unit that you want to edit FMU codes for.
  3. Scroll down to the FMU Code list for the selected unit.
  4. Select the FMU Code that you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete. A message appears asking if you are sure you want to delete.
  6. Click OK. The FMU Code is removed from the list.

Notes: SO codes can not be deleted.
